Jarica concentrates her efforts on implementing mid-size agencies. She takes a customer-centric approach to the process, helping providers streamline the Smartcare system to simplify their workflows. Her ongoing goal is to create personal connections with the Smartcare users she helps onboard.
She enjoys spending time with her family outside work, especially watching her partner smash cars at demolition derbies throughout the Midwest.
