Jason Reynolds

Jason is proud to provide leadership to our customer success team as they onboard new customers and provide education and support to our growing user base.

Jason has extensive experience managing and performing all aspects of customer service, including onboarding, technical support, retention, and customer service policies and processes. Most recently, Jason held a customer support leadership role at MyReceptionist, where he implemented processes and led customer satisfaction growth.

Jason grew up and still lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. When not working, he enjoys fishing, spending time with his friends and family, and attending live concerts and sporting events.

Fun Facts about Jason:

  • Huge Milwaukee Brewers baseball fan (tattoo included)
  • Has seen 1,500 bands in concert
  • Spends many early mornings before work trout fishing
