Mike Nalley

In his role, Mike collaborates directly with home care agencies and providers to help them select the right Smartcare solutions to grow their business. 

Mike has an extensive background supporting and helping customers achieve their very best, aligning the ideal solution to solve their biggest challenges.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Police Officer in various positions for twenty years before finding his calling in technology solution sales. He understands the importance of earning trust with customers by asking important questions directed at truly solving workflow problems. He used these skills to sell multiple enterprise software and office automation solutions.

Mike has an Associate Degree from Kishwaukee College in Illinois, plus many years of specialized training in technology and successful selling skills. When not working, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, Robyn, and their big family on hikes and spending quality time with both grandparents in Door County, WI.
