Customer Success Manager
In his role, Norm collaborates directly with home care agencies and providers to help them maximize their efficiencies within Smartcare and grow their business.
He previously owned a small business and has direct experience understanding the challenges that small business owners deal with day-to-day and how technology can help solve them. He used that experience through various growth roles at a SaaS automated receptionist business. Most recently, he was the business development director, where he assisted hundreds of appointment-based alternative care providers to better manage and grow their practices.

Norm has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. When not working, Norm enjoys spending time with his wife, Liz, on home improvement projects.
He also spends his free time boating and fishing in the summer and snow skiing with family and friends during the long Wisconsin winters.
