Rocky has joined the Smartcare team as a Technical Subject Matter Expert.
Rocky has 25 years of experience in supporting companies of all sizes in various industries. From technical support to customer service, implementation, network administration, infrastructure engineering, and sales and marketing, Rocky has accumulated a broad range of skills and knowledge.
For the past 15 years, he has been dedicated to the home health industry, providing Electronic Visit Verification and EHR solutions to agencies nationwide. He has helped these agencies streamline their administrative and point-of-care workload, allowing them to focus on improving patient care and operational efficiencies.
But his expertise doesn’t stop there. He also has a passion for learning new things, whether it’s traveling, cooking, competitive shooting, or teaching self-defense.
Rocky is a logical, objective, and analytical person, always seeking new information and answers. He has a curious mind and enjoys exploring the mysteries of the world, whether it’s deep in thought on the porch or conducting research on the latest industry trends.
Despite his quiet perceptive nature, he is also an excellent communicator and enjoys socializing with others. He values his family and pets and takes great pride in his cultural heritage, with roots in India and Thailand, which gives him a unique perspective on life.
