Smartcare is pleased to welcome Ashley Mas to its Customer Support Team as a Customer Success Specialist.
Ashley has been working with consumer technology for over a decade, passionately focusing on bridging the communication gap between service providers and users. Ashley has spent hundreds of hours educating and guiding clients to meet their individual needs through her compassion and expertise.
Formerly, Ashley worked as an Advanced Repair Agent for Geek Squad, where she performed primary triage and repair on computers and mobile devices.
She was a pillar for her team, supporting the group through teambuilding, leadership, and problem-solving.
Ashely has traveled across much of the eastern United States but has always considered the South home.
She lived in Florida, New York, Texas, and Alabama – finally coming to Madison, Wisconsin to be closer to her family.
Ashley spends most of her free time doing family events with her daughter, fiancé, and dogs.
