Smartcare is pleased to welcome Brian Jaworski to its Customer Support Team as a Technical Support Specialist.
Previously, Brian worked as a Geek Squad agent, where he provided technical resolutions to customer issues with electronic devices.
“I’m very excited to join the Smartcare team,” says Brian. “I am passionate about technology and how it can assist so many people.”
He applies his customer success expertise to helping users resolve issues quickly while also providing education to help master Smartcare’s advanced features.
When Brian isn’t working, he enjoys video games, fishing, and spending time with his family.
