Smartcare is pleased to welcome Isaiah Knott to its Customer Support Team as a Technical Support Specialist.
Isaiah’s passion for providing exceptional customer service to businesses and clients stems from his experience working in a variety of customer support positions.
Most recently, Isaiah worked at one of the top-five largest banks in the US as a Wealth Management Associate, where he supplied multiple levels of customer support to clients, including onboarding, problem solutions, retention, and technical support.
“At Smartcare, I’m looking forward to providing exceptional customer service to all of the users that I work with,” says Isaiah.
“My goal is that every time I help somebody with the software, they leave not only with the answers to their questions but a better understanding of the software in general.”
Isaiah grew up in northwestern Wisconsin and moved to Eau Claire to pursue higher education.
Isaiah holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
When not working, Isaiah likes to spend time with friends and family. He also loves to cook, read, and play video games.
