Laura Sterling is passionate about helping people. She applies her customer success expertise to helping users resolve issues quickly while also providing education to help master Smartcare’s advanced features.

Laura was born, raised, and still lives in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with her family and playing board games. In the summer, she spends weekends at her camper by the lake. She also loves watching 80’s movies and playing frisbee with her dog.

Fun Facts:

  • Has a growing collection of 80s memorabilia.
  • Some of her favorite games to play are Scrabble, Cribbage, Yahtzee, and Clue.
  • Enjoys participating in virtual 5ks with her dog.
