We are pleased to announce the addition of Sofia Earle to the Smartcare Team as a Human
Resource Intern.
In her new role, Sofia will be working with our HR operations team as we continue to grow the
Smartcare’s staff and focus on our culture. She will also help us provider human resource
tools, processes, and enhancements to the Smartcare platform as we continue to help home
care providers increase caregiver and staff retention and engagement.
“I am honored to be on the HR team for Smartcare. I’m looking forward to work directly with
both our internal staff and also provider support for strengthening home care’s goal of
providing better employee engagement and retention. As an intern, I will be learning and
sharing human resource management insights. More importantly, I’ll help make the lives of
caregivers more fulfilling and less stressful with their clients through my efforts at Smartcare.”
