Bill Mattle
Founder & CPO
As CPO, Bill is responsible for growing Smartcare’s overall product strategy and vision, and is our leading advocate of the organization’s product success and innovation, using the voice of customers. Bill has over 15 years of experience in healthcare and working directly with providers to improve care.
Prior to Smartcare, Bill most recently led a sales region at Pfizer and Hospira where he worked directly with some of the largest health systems in the US. He has combined experience of over 20 years developing sales and marketing strategies in the technology and healthcare industries.
Bill held business development and marketing leadership roles with a host of SaaS start-ups, including BenefitAmerica, acquired by Unum.
Bill received his B.S. from the State University of New York and his MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. Bill enjoys running, kung fu, hiking, and attending baseball games with his kids.
